I have been using MaxEmail as an 'efax' type service. They allow incoming faxes pretty close to unlimited, and a few cents for outgoing for $35 for the 1st year, and $25 for subsequent years for their intro service after the 30 day trial version. The number happens to be in my area, but if your concern is outgoing faxes, perhaps it is worth the few dollars, rather then the full eFax/jFax price.
